I remember my first watch. I was about 10 years old, and I didn’t have a cell phone yet. It had a dark brown leather band and a Winnie the Pooh cartoon on the face. I like the way it made me feel sophisticated–like an adult who needed to know the time. You know, a very professional 10-year-old.

It arrived with two bands, one leather and one metal mesh. In the interest of an honest review, the leather band fits tighter than the metal mesh. I recommend ordering slightly larger than your wrist measurements to give yourself a little wiggle room. (Here are some tips for measuring your watch size.) Needless to say, I’ve been wearing the metal band, which is more my style anyway.
