Tips for Practicing Body Positivity 

1. Curate your social media feed.

Unfollow accounts that make you feel less than spectacular. Follow accounts featuring bodies like yours.

2. Remember: Size is arbitrary.

I wear a size 20 in some brands and a 24 in others. Buy what fits and makes you feel confident.

3. Speak kindly to yourself.

We talk to ourselves a lot. When your inner voice notices a flaw, counteract it by admiring something you like about yourself.

4. Surround yourself with people who hype you up.

Just llke on socal media, you need to put positive people around you IRL.

5. Give yourself permission to be happy.

Despite what society has told us, skinny does not equal happy.  You have one life. Dive right in and do what makes you happy at any size.
