Easy Poses for Any Body

Pose idea #1: Put one hand on your hip and one hand on your head as if you're exhausted or feeling faint.

Pose idea #2: Put your hair in a ponytail and pretend to adjust it, pull at it.

Pose idea #3: Sit on a curb or stair. Lean on one hip and extend your outer leg. Run your hand through your hair.

Pose idea #4: Angle your self diagonally. Lift one leg, put one hand on your hip and use your other hand to touch your hair or reach toward the sky gracefully.

Pose idea #5: Here is that same lifted leg, but with an extended arm that feels a little more playful.

Pose idea #6: Show the camera the back of your shoulder and look over it. Pull your head back and stare towards the light.

Pose idea #7: Grab your skirt and twirl. Instead of doing a full spin, twist left and then right and then left again, always staring at the camera.
